The initial session allows for a comprehensive consult prior to your first Flowpresso® session.  

FLOWpresso is a combination of three therapies:

1.) Cyclic compression: Each chamber inflates sequentially, before its predecessor completely deflates, to ensure a selective progressive pressure.

2.) Deep pressure: Similar to a firm hug - through each individual chamber, serving a profoundly relaxing effect, allowing the body to calm and release the daily stress of life. ​

3.) Thermodynamic heat:  Encourage a relaxing, sleep promoting effect along with encouraging an improved state of health.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND Flowpresso® FOR PEOPLE WITH:
Acute inflammation (e.g. phlebitis and thrombosis) | Infection complications (e.g. ulcers) | Pregnancy | Back or hip issues (unless approved by a physician) | Broken bones | Abdominal spinal curvature | Heart disease especially if increased blood flow is detrimental (e.g. congestive heart failure or high BP) | Electronic medical implants

CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS: full-length pants and sleeves and long socks are required for this session so there is NO SKIN CONTACTwith any part of the suit.  

Warm clothing for after the session is recommended.

Flowpresso® (Initial session)

Enjoy an uninterrupted Flowpresso® session encouraging your parasympathetic nervous system to help you rest, relax, rejuvenate, recover and giving you the time and space to relax, meditate, or sleep.

*60min Session = 40mins in the suit
*75min Session = 60mins in the suit

Flowpresso®

**MUST have Initial Flowpresso®session before booking this.**

1.) 60min booking = 40mins in Flowpresso® suit and head/neck massage and/or Face / sinus MLD

2.) 75min booking = 60mins in Flowpresso® suit with 30min head/neck massage and/or Face / sinus MLD 

*NB: There is no further therapeutic benefit being in the suit longer, but you get to relax and enjoy the experience a little longer.

The initial session allows for a comprehensive discussion about your health history before a shortened treatment for MLD begins.  We will discuss your requirements and how the treatment will benefit you.

Compression Garment - Measuring

Taping to create a lymphatic effect in the treatment of multiple acute and chronic conditions including but not limited to: Lymphoedema, lipoedema, scar tissue, fibrosis, and fascia.  Taping can be a stand-alone or an adjunct treatment.

Tape costs are additional to the session.  Minimum charge for tape $5 + GST

The initial session allows for a comprehensive discussion about your health history before treatment for MSTR begins.  We will discuss your requirements and how the treatment will benefit you.

Scar Tissue Release (Initial session)

A pain free method of gentle, finger tip pressure that is applied to the area to help free the restrictions of the scar.  No force is involved and the work is always applied within your tolerance.
